How to make a pet kennel

Pet kennels can be made with a variety of materials and tools, and here are two common ways to make DIY pet kennels:

Method 1: Use old items to make a dog kennel

Preparation materials: old pillow, dog's old bed sheet, needle and thread box, a pair of skillful hands and full of love for the dog.

Production steps:

Let the dog go up and compare the size to determine the size.

Fold the four edges into an almost width, and then sew it up with thread, being careful to avoid the needle sticking to your fingers.

Fill the old pillow with fluffy cotton to ensure your dog has a quality sleep.

Get a piece of stain-resistant cloth and sew a layer of it on the top and bottom of the middle part of the initially shaped kennel to prevent the floor from getting dirty.

Invite your dog to try out the sleeper and if he likes it, he'll stay put. 

Method 2: Make a Dog Kennel Using Iron Mesh and Nylon Ties

‌Preparation materials: 3 pieces of iron mesh, 4 long-tailed clips, 1 pet mat, 1 dog toilet, and a number of nylon ties.

Production steps:

Utilize the bottom space of the shelves to DIY the dog kennel, and divide the sleeping and toilet area according to your dog's needs.

Use 2 iron grids to make the door of the dog kennel and fix it with nylon ties, but leave space for opening and closing. The ends of the grids are secured with long tail clips to make it easy for your dog to get in and out.

Place the pet mat and dog toilet in the appropriate areas to ensure your dog's comfort and hygiene.

Secure the grid with nylon ties on the side of the toilet, and then install the dog waterer in an area that is easy for your dog to reach.
